Quick easy question

This is a silly little question realy but I can't seem to put into words what I want (for a search query anyway). What Im after is the name of a script that does a popover. Not a popup but a javascript popover frame thing.

The sorta thing that lightbox does but without the need for the user to click on it.

Cheers buddy, no matter how much I searched for things relating to popovers all it showed me was how to create popups that would get passed most blockers.
