Think you need to have a read around first, I'm assuming you haven't read anything related to CL yet.
Best place to start is probably article writing, $1000 in a week from a standing start is quite a lot with no experience, budget and wanting to go purely whitehat.
Start with writing articles and submit to Associated Content (search!). In the meantime, read the forum, pick a method you like and apply it.

why is everyone reccommending CL? this guy don't have a clue how to monetize it or how to hide links from CPAs? Are any of you actually making money from CL geez

Oh you want money now....your gonna need to go offline for that buddy. Noone is sending you direct payment unless you create an ebook and jv with a forum member and sell it on forum. Also, freelancing was mentioned. Money now there ya go.

Not sure what the heck you are talking about...
I am saying, if I have $300 to invest in whitehat methods to make $1000, what do you all recommend?
In other words, what is a solid method to turn $300 into $1000. I'm not asking for anyone here to give me any money.
I have read a lot of methods on this forum, but there are so many. It's overwhelming and I want to make sure I start a method that is legit.

customers will send you money direct if you create an ebook and post it for sale in a forum...or do some freelancing....you the one who said CPA takes too long
Oh I see what you meant now...
How long does CPA normally take to payout? Is 300 enough to get started making some cash CPA whitehat?

depends on what companies you use because it varies. I think article route would probably be best for or click bank...send me a PM

1) Sign up for an account at associated content.
2) Download and Print off their tax form, send the form in.
3) Spend every free minute writing articles, assume $2.00 per article as a safe bet.
It will take forever, but it's quickest way I can think of to make money without having to depend on traffic, etc.
