Quick Blogspot Robots.txt duplicate content question

hey guys im making a static front page in blogspot/blogger for my site "only shows one post on homepage" ie the post i made i only want it to show on the home page.

the problem with this is that it will also create a post in blogger that will get indexed to prevent duplicate content I would like to make this post not be able to get index am i doing it right??
