  • How many posts do you usually publish before expecting any organic movement?
  • Are you spacing posts out or uploading in batches?
I’ve seen mixed advice:
  • Some people say consistency matters more
  • Others say volume early on gives faster signals
Would be good to hear real numbers and not just theory.

In my experience, you usually see organic traction after 20–40 quality posts. Start with small batches to build niche signals, then switch to a consistent publishing rhythm for steady growth.

Usually 30–50 posts before any real movement.

I publish in batches early to build topical relevance, then slow down to consistency once impressions start showing

If a competitor has a certain number of pages in a given category, I strive to improve the quality of my content, optimize my blog and increase the number of pages against them.
I work mainly in long-tail keywords and it always works and indexes well, bringing a large amount of organic traffic even after few posts.
 
20-30 solid posts usually kick off real traction for niche sites quality trumps speed every time patience pays off once Google starts noticing.

if you post consistently and keep quality in mind - then you'll see the results after around 30 posts
 
Honestly, I don’t even look at a fixed number of posts anymore. I focus more on covering one topic properly. Like building 10–15 tightly connected articles around the same cluster and internally linking them well. If the structure is solid and the intent matches what people are actually searching, I usually start seeing impressions within 3–6 weeks.
 
Consistency matters, but without valuable content, it's not workable at all, so first make sure of content quality. Organic ranking factors really work depending on the niche; many niches get positive signals for only the first month or 6/7 months or more.
