Hi, I have a forum website, its a mybb forum

I would like to change the url structure of it,

right now it is like this

Category url

http://www.example.com/forum/forum-34.html

Post url

http://www.example.com/forum/thread-376.html

would like to change it to something like this

http://www.example.com/forum/funny-jokes-about-people.html

I know how to do it in wordpress its really easy, but don't know much about phpbb,
