i got a canadian paypal account... it's got $1,500 in it. it is frozen until i verify the account. i dont have any canadian friends so i'm here trying to buy one, 10% "fee" to a canadian that can get my account verified. for those mathematically challenged, that is $150 to you. upon the account being verified and unfrozen i will paypal you the $150. that's it, simple business transaction, you help me, i pay you for it.
after i withdraw this $$$ you can keep the paypal account if you want it (in case you are concerned about it since you are verifying it for me).
i'll give this 48 hours before deciding on someone, preference will be given to jr. vips, and after that preference will be given to people who have been on bhw longer.
