Quick $10 for a little help with flash banner

Hello BHW members,
I need help with my flash banner, anyone who can help pm me....
here's the details:
I made a flash banner and inserted clicktag feature, so that I can track it with my unique tracking url.
But don't know why it's not working
I'm using action script 3
please if some one is able to find error in my banner and help me fix it then I can give him 10 usd.
