How to cashout from amonetize and when i'll get my earnings to my paypal?

Same question.. When I'll get my earnings to my paypal account? FAQ says, net-45.. Do I have to wait 45 days then :O?

Earnings for Feburary come April 15th... (usually earlier)

Yeah they send payments on a NET-45 basis which i don't really like. I'm still waiting for my first payment from them.

That's not cool :c But when my payment arrives to my paypal account, will I get all the money, I had on my amonetize account or just the amount, I had on a request ?
My English is not the best, hope you understood
