hi there newb here

want to increase views on some of my youtube videos
not a lot, around 5000-10,000
not interested in making money at this stage
I need the views to stick and for the videos to absolutely not be deleted or channel closed

what is the best and safest way to go around it?

Also what do things like high/low retention, ranking, unlisted method, niche etc mean?

Here's a helpful hint, when it comes to creating your titles... Visit some of the top news websites, and observe how they title their posts. Try to get a feel for the psychology behind their titles, and then begin to do the same with yours.

If your content is any good or sought after, you will get views. If all your doing is replicating items already posted then your going to have not as many hits as the original source. Make sure your title are worth and is relevant keyword that your audience is actually searching for

If you feel your videos offer something of value, are interesting, helpful, then post them on reddit, its a great legiit source for views if you do it right. They dont like spammy things, nor do they like over the top self promotion, but if your smart you will find it a great source.

Back in my noob days, i would post a video that i knew wouldnt go down well but i knew that it would get a couple hundred views at least before someone complained, when they did i would delete the video, this way i avoided any bans, now i had a video with a few hundred views i would go and use a service to give likes and comments on the video, thus making it look legit and popular. It was pretty effective. I cant say that this is effective these days but either way you get some legit views
