I started working on a side niche project site. I don't really have the time for it so I'm trying to figure out what I could sell it for. It would be perfect for someone looking to get into seo.

The niche: Adult Beverage/cocktails

It has 6 articles each targeting a different keywork with a longtali pro competitiveness under 30.

All have at at least 1000 searches a month.

one is already ranking at #45 with ZERO SEO

two more are ranking around #100

Any help would be great.

I tried to sell an old domain that I bought years ago and kinda went stale on it. It was the same kinda deal as what you're talking about. I got some people interested but it ultimately never sold. Unless you just want to dump it off, it would probably be best to keep it and do something with it.

I'm in the same boat. So many ideas but no time since ideas don't make money, actual work does. Side projects that should take me a few days to complete get put on the backburner and are now just a domain re-registration fee each year. lol
