Questions with a miniature bot farm

So I've decided to make a small Instagram bot farm with CPI offers, I have not let the accounts age but what I have done is buy 1k followers for each account. They are good quality with profile pictures etc.. So far they've been running for about 12 hours and over 10 accounts I've only received 10 clicks and 3 conversions.. Now when I did a different CPI method on my other accounts I've received about $18 in 2 days.
My question is should I just let these accounts grow and give them time or am I doing something wrong? If you have questions about what method I'm going with just pm me your kik . Low posts can't reply to PMs
