I was wondering, should I use my main kw as an anchor text when making my web 2.0s and pdf files and such, or should I use my naked url? Coz somebody told me that the new penguing hates anchor texts.

20% Naken URL
20% Keyword
20% LSI keywords
40% Junk keywords (click here, check out the site, etc)

Make sure to mix it around every now and then.

Just try to make it diversify As much As possible..or do not use exact anchor text in web 2.0 url otherwise your web 2.0 will rank higher than your mail site..
