Questions to Shopify/Aliexpress Dropship

Hello together,

I am relativly new here, just read till now. I want to start with Dropshipping via Aliexpress and Shopify and I have some questions.

I live in Germany and it's propably hard to find only german customers. Further the german policies are much harder than in the US (or even not in europe). So I think I have to start an english shop for my products. What have or can I write in the imprint?
Another advantage is the payment option. In germany it's only possible to pay via paypal (?).

Related to my niche I want to setup a shop with 4 Categories with 7-8 products. Important is the theme. I have no Banners or a camera/models to make great banners. How do you deal with it?

To get clicks and sales I want to start marketing via Instagram/Facebook/Ads.
I have got 4 Instagram Accounts which are growing daily using FollowLiker. Two of them are relevant to my niche.
In facebook I want to join groups relating to my niche and post there my website with an bonus code or something like this.
Further I want to start Facebook Ads. How much do you think I have to spent for the first time?
Google Ads and Linkbuilding. Same Question. How much and how often? For the linkbuilding issue: I have generated threads in forum which can be edited with links to my shop.

In principle I have enough money to start but I don't want to through away the money. If I have made the first successful sales I would spent more.

You'd need roughly 500 unique visitors to get your first sale.

In order to get a consistent supply of 500 hits a month an amount of 15,000 followers is necessary.

This needs some time but I will reach this. Some more advices to my questions?

Why can you only use PayPal? I've found that having a credit card option increases conversions. Check out stripe if you can't use the cc processor on shopify.
