[QUESTIONS] SMTP Email Server / Boosting Reputation

I have 400 email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, AOL) that I'm using as "seeds" to manipulate the feedback sent back to my private server. I have been sending messages from the SMTP server to these accounts every hour for the past 10 days and manually opening/clicking/replying and moving from spam to inbox.

  1. Is there any way to automate this?

  2. If it can't be automated (I.E. ZennoPoster), does anyone know of a Windows 10 mail client that can hold unlimited email addresses and make it easier for me to toggle between accounts? So far Thunderbird seems like my best option. Gmail iOS app and Yahoo Mail app both suck.

  3. Do you know any creative tricks to boost reputation? I'm already using the Craigslist trick and 1 other one... but I need more opens/clicks/replies.

  4. Google Postmaster Tools are showing High IP & Domain Reputation and MailTester gives me 10/10 score, but i'm still getting stuck in Yahoo/Gmail spam box A LOT. Any tricks to overcoming this?

1 - i think it will be simple to write a bot that connect to all your accounts IMAP to check your emails.

2 - I think yes, it can be automated and easily too.

3 - In my opinion you are giving too much attention to reputation while it doesnt worth it, if your letter / list is good then you are good to go thats it, you can keep doing this then few hundreds of people mark you as spam cuz your letter is bad or you spamming an opt-out list then all your reputation gonna go away and your IP will be probably either blacklisted or temporarily blocked.

4 - Its probably because of your letter try mail-testing with random text like "test test test test" and send it to all ESPs like Gmail AOL etc it will probably arrive in Inbox.

Thanks for taking time to respond. Your 3rd point really hit home -- I am sending B2B to a scraped list and all of my reputation can vanish in an instant once I launch the campaigns. So I don't want to spend too much time on that.

I am a mortgage broker, and I am sending email blasts with our loan programs to hundreds of thousands of real estate agents. As such, a lot of my content has high-risk keywords like "Loan", "Mortgage", "Buyer", "Approval", "Low", "Quick", "Fast". This is also a concern.

I'm not even sure I can get past Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook's general spam filter and into the inbox on the 1st blast.

Yeah, its a High Risk niche, but nothing impossible, but i can't really help without more information, like how much you willing to send on daily basis ?
Are you willing to put money into it, Services like mailchimp dotmailer spamexperts, will help you a lot but they are pricy.

I think you should start by writing the letters, start with content aka no mail templates, just text letters, and keep testing till you get the perfect content that suite your needs and reach ESPs inbox then blasting part will come later
 
The content scheme is the worst part cuz FYI for a niche like yours specially its an opt-out list letters will probably die quick, you can get around the spammy words by putting them images if possible but thats not recommended for now

I'm willing to send low volume to improve delivery, which would be conducive to MailChimp, Aweber, Sendgrid, etc. But my goal is to scale the volume so I'd like to make this private SMTP server work.

What is spamexperts all about? I can't really tell what it does -- is it a list cleaner?

Definitely agree on the text campaigns. BUT, I tried that yesterday... sent a text-based campaign to 2,000 gmail/yahoo accounts and a lot of them went to spam! Super odd...
 
On a side note, have you ever tried Elastic Email? I've heard good things about them.

Low volume High volume, It depend on how and what you send anyway, but can't really help you further in a one reply, there is a lot of things to take in mind like the delay between every email and the other, list, etc

What emails landed in the SPAM folder from which ESP and when was it continuously happening or the latest emails only ?

SpamExperts main feature is to rotate delivery IP because its nearly impossible to run campaigns on daily basis with one ip without rotation, even if you have multiple IPs, its pretty hard to keep tracking IPs Reputation and unblacklisting them.

No, I never tried them, i run my own private SMTP Servers and i blast using a script that i wrote.

No, I never tried them, i run my own private SMTP Servers and i blast using a script that i wrote.

I need a bulk mailling tools wchich will send 50k spam mails per day. If you have please let me know how much?
