If so, even the backlink shown in ahrefs isn't Google indexed, is it?

1. Quality over quantity.
2. Before creating a backlink, I confirm that it is indexable by checking previous posts.
3. The link must be ******** if the DA is less than 50.
4. The domain must have at least 100 visitors from the same country or region.
