Questions regarding VCC and if you account gets restricted

If i'm using a VCC on my facebook ad account and it gets restricted, am i still able to use use the same VCC for a new ad account?
Are there any potential risks involved?

It is completely usable and does not affect anything
 
You can absolutely use it, it doesn't affect anything. But if it's still limited a lot, I think during this time you should change to another type of account because Facebook is scanning that type of account a lot.

Facebook may associate virtual links with restricted accounts, which may cause problems with new accounts. Suggested new VCC or payment method
 
Usually it's okay, but if you create a new account and it's still disabled, you should use the new VCC, sometimes fb scans your ip and will disable your entire account.
 
If the same VCC is already part of an account banned, chances are high that you will be banned again with the same VCC.
At least they have it stored in their systems.

Get a new one - my advice.

Using the same VCC for a new ad account can be risky and could negatively impact your account. Consider using a different payment method and ensure you fully comply with Facebook's policies to minimize risk
