I believe that yes, the anchor text matters in all tiers. At least, that is how I set up the pages. And tiers also pass backlinks... You can check these in Majestic.
But how do I check the total power for a site? If I check a url with hrefs.com or similar, I only see the backlinks directly to the money site - do I have to check them all manually?
