Questions regarding stealth account.....

Ok guys so I acquired a friends ebay account with 400+ 100% fb, Last feedback left a little over a week ago.. I am trying to figure out a few things..


1) Call forwarding.. I've checked out numberous VoIP sites, But which are the best for these intents and purposes?

2) Withdrawing funds.. I also obtained numerous PP accounts but none of which are already linked to this account, Is it cool to just link another account with it? I mean a relatively new, verified premier/business account?

3) CC.. I am bewildered at the amount of options there are for a credit card to use with a stealth account, Essentially I was going to go with Vanilla but have ready many objectionable things about it.. Is there a better way I'm not seeing? Or could someone point me out a good card to use?

4) Also, On the VoIP call forward service should I use my name or the name on the account?

Are you using this for PayPal or eBay? The text free and pinger along with other free services and a few phone forwarding services do not work for eBay. It will just result in a 0/0 item selling limit. The best phones to use with eBay would be tracfones and other prepaid phones you can get in stores.
