Are these proxies any good nowadays?
Do you get IP:pORT:USER:pASS or do they have to be used through their client only?
(no, the emojis aren't made by me. They popped up and I cannot remove them)

911 Proxies has been in the market for a while. However, I have never used their proxies. Any thoughts on asking them for a trial? Though I have seen they don't dedicate one device for one customer, yet their proxies can be good. Hence, asking for a trial would be the best choice to make here.

You can check the marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there. Alternatively, you might want to post in the ""Want to Buy"" section if you have customized demands.

Only works via client and I doubt they would give you any trial, buy the smallest package and test it out.

personally, I use regular IPv4 proxies for my purposes (they are in the same format as you indicated), they are enough if you use 1 proxy for 1 account. On mobile 4G of course much better
But I can't say anything about 911 specifically
