Questions on my 301 Strategy

I'm looking for some help on my 301 Strategy to my (MONEY SITE) that I'll use to market an Affiliate Product. I posted some of these questions on another thread but no responses.

I plan on sending a large amount of Links (with exact keyword as Anchor Text) and Social Signals to a New Domain and then do a 301 redirect to the website I want to rank (MONEY SITE) also a New Domain.

Question : Do I need to build a webpage to the Domain that I will be doing a 301 Direct from?

Question : Any suggestions on the amount and type of links and social signals I should use? For a Keyword with 6,000 monthly searches?

Question :Is Fiverr okay to use for these services?

100k+ verified links (let them get found naturally)

Sure... just get lots of diverse links - i.e not just blog comments and profile. You'd be better of getting spam services from here or Wicked fire.

Who cares if it tanks? After it tanks you just re-use the content, point your 301 domain to another site, spam the new site, and let it rise to #1 once again.

It works for me, so you're right. It only takes about 20 minutes to setup a new site and start backlinking after a site tanks, so I'm not really sure what is so funny..

A suggestion to op, I am under the impression that you should build your links as quickly as possible, while still building a good amount every day. I have seen the best results from this so far.

When you say build links as quickly a possible while still building a good amount everyday do you mean to blast it with a large amount of links at once and then send a less amount of links to it daily? For example, send 25,000 links then 500 per day?
