I want to create a job website dedicated to the vacancies in engineering field. What are the pro's and con's of such job advertisement websites ? Anyone have any experiences on such websites ?

In India people first do engineering then think of doing what they really want to do,this plus poor education system which gives only theoretical knowledge results in poor engineering skills in students which are not used in company.
