I have decided on starting my I'm journey with content locking. I will be getting most of traffic from teir 3 countries because my budget is low. Can you pls how much can i get each download or survey

You'll get 1-10 cents depend on the tier 3 country. Only Tier 1 Country give the best pay out.

What network are you using? I am with CPA Grip and get around $2 depending on the offer.

Depends on which network but let me warn you it is not worth it for non tier 1 countries.

Tier 1's definitely where you want to be, but depending on the network I'd say anywhere from 1 - 12 cents. Since your budget's low, as long as you can do volume I think it'll help you move up to the higher paying geos.
