what other networks are you with, how much do you earn daily,how you hear about us and what verticals do you run.

I just started out applied to several CPAs, but haven't joined any of them yet.
How should I best answer all of her questions? Thanks.

They're asking pretty self explanatory questions:

What other networks are you with : you should be able to answer this one
How much do you earn daily : Inflate this if you really want to look appealing
How Did you Hear about us : ? Ask yourself
What Verticals do you run : What kind of offers do you specialize in.

you must use own your domain to join a big cpa affiliate to make them trusted in your skill
maybe you should join a easyily affiliate like adfly
