Quick question kind sirs and Ma'am.
1. If the main domain has a PA (page authority) 56, does the weight of the PA flow to its post?
So if the post is a well known domain such as Routers newspaper, will it be hard to push off the post of that domain that's on page one further to page 3?
2. I'm building backlinks. Tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3. What anchor text should I use if the keyword I'm aiming for is "New York Plumbing" (example keyword).
Is this correct?

- post has very few backlinks
- keyword is super easy
So if the post is a well known domain such as Routers newspaper, will it be hard to push off the post of that domain that's on page one further to page 3?

- I'm thinking tier 3 - generic article about plumbing with a generic keyword related to plumbing pointing to tier 2.
- tier 2 - generic article about plumbing with a generic keyword related to plumbing pointing to tier1.
- tier 1 (points to money site page) - My anchor text "Plumber" pointing to money site page
- Money page anchor text to main money site "New York Plumber".
Is this correct?
