I hope all of you are doing fine .
I have a few questions that are floating into my mind.
1- what is the best hosting services for a blog that has more than a million visitor a month??
2- I may establish movies site, How can I be away from the DMCA thing??
3- What is the difference between Vps Hosting and vps provider that with uploading and downloading things like 99rdp and others!!?

1. You should use VPS / Dedicated Server, Web Hosting Shared won't be good dealing with such traffic. A VPS or Dedicated Server will be needed.
2. You should look for a Offshore Hosting Provider, there are many here on this forum at marketplace, AlexHost, AbeloHost, TheOnionHost and more.
3. RDP is a Remote Desktop Protocol, you can access a virtual desktop something like your computer, remotely. VPS are different you need to use terminal.

Warning: You need to buy a decent VPS or Dedicated Server if you want things run smoothly with no issues. Don't go with Web Hosting Shared Plans you will be suspended for limit resource usage.

Like I said, you will need to have Dedicated Server or VPS with good specs (RAM, CPU, Space) to handle with such traffic. And to don't have DMCA issues, you will need a Offshore Hosting Provider.

1- As @Deleted member 1393709 said, go for VPS or Dedicated server option, with this numbers, it's just a suicide go with a shared webhosting plan
2- You need to find the true DMCA ignored hosting provider, there are several Seller on Marketplace .. just be sure to ask them a test IP, so you can have confirmation that they are truly DMCA ignored
