Hi there,

If anyone is using SEO YOAST plugin - Via Wordpress; if anyone knows about the keyword option.

Where you write your keyword. I have been using only 1 keyword for each article I post.

When I typed in two it recommended that I only use one.

Should I write multiple relating to the article or focus on sticking with one.

Thanks,

Dreckw.

It's best to only focus on one particular keyword/keyphrase per page/post on your site

Stop following all those Yoast and other plugin "recommended" guidelines!
On the other side, 1 keyword + variations of it (up to 3-4) are good to be targeted per page.

You must implement 1 keyword. That's better to boost your post. Still if you've confused Yoast release notes for your question. Cheers :)

Just stick with one, and try to make it detailed, possibly using a long tail keyword.

That's just the focus keyword so Yoast can tell you if you have it in the title, etc. Those tips are outdated anyway.
