Questions for Blackhat CPA Pros

I'm want to try out CPA. I've read quite of bit about it here, and I'm really interested in this method. I've been accepted to a CPA network, (Ascend) and I am working on getting accepted to some other networks.

I have a few questions for those who already have some experience with CPA Blackhat methods--questions I couldn't find the answers to after reading through mass amounts of post.

I'm sorry if my questions seem dumb, but I am new at this.

Do CPA networks ban you for content locking full movie downloads or do they even care? My plan is to have content locked movies, (a method that others have mentioned they have done) of course, there is no actual movie to download after the offers have been filled out. I really need some more knowledge on this, because I don't want to risk losing my CPA accounts.
I've recently been accepted to AscendMedia and was going to start out with them.

Can you get in trouble by the law for using upcoming/unreleased movies?? Like I said, there isn't any actual movies to be downloaded--but if my website appears to be offering full version movie leaks, is this illegal? Will I get shut down?

Any tips and knowledge any CPA pros could share about this would be much appreciated. Any suggestions or steps to avoid being banned or losing my account would be highly helpful to me.

I already know that I have to blank my referrer, but that's about it -- is that the only important measure I have to take to make my CPA landing pages sustain for a while?

I don't want to go full throttle on this, get my site up and running, get a bunch of leads, and then have it all go to $#!-|- because I missed something in the fine print and failed to do something correctly.

I use Adscend Media and they do not allow stuff like that. I did the EXACT same thing as you and my AM removed my content locker after about 3 days. My advice: dont put in the effort, its not worth the risk.

You won't get paid OP. You need to find a more legit method if you want to get paid by the big networks.

Discuss it with your AM, he/she might suggest you other routes for the same method. That's what I do, to be on the safe side.

Okay. I'll just use different methods that are considered legit, then.

You can fake the ref. Google CPA Redirector plugin 2

Just make a legit landing page, and fake your content locker's ref to show that landing page. Profit$$$

Oh yeah... I knew of CPA Redirector 2, but I have yet to use it. So what you're saying is, I can use it to make it look like my traffic is filling out the same offers on my legit looking landing page, when they are really doing it on my not-so-legit page??

I don't recommend faking the traffic source, because if it's disallowed and you get caught then you are banned forever and you forfeit all earnings.

Yea. Make sure to send some traffic and get some conversions to your legit lander though so it looks clean and nice.

That's why you have multiple cpa networks. And if everything looks clean, he won't get banned.

How can you get traffic and conversions to the legit page and make it look clean and nice? PM me if you don't want to post methods here.
