Questions during meetings giving me hard time

Ya this is what I will do from now on.
Okay so update: I made a website, and made a professional email. I added them into my letter (that was the right thing to do right?) and now I have a couple of other concerns and questions.
I do not have a registered company. I was in the process of making an LLC but had to back out temporarily.
I am going to use my future business name in the letter in the header to make it look professional. I also have a logo, so I look legitimate, but the thing is there is not an existing entity with my business name. Is this a disadvantage when it comes to going after local big fish with a marketing budget? If so, does the website mentioned in the letter counter the disadvantage?

1) Why is the price that much? (I charge between 500-900 for big clients and 200-500 for smaller clients with less marketing space. Original Poster told me to use the argument of "x customers are lost per month vs y price for this platform" which is good, but if anyone has any other ideas let me know).
What is the cost for bringing in each customer. For most businesses it is between $5 and $100 (depending n the service: for most places you work with, the cost will be around $5-$10) So what you need to do is show that the service you offer will end up being less than what they are currently spending to bring in customers.
2) Can we buy the website? Why not? ( I am not trying to sell the website, yes I know someone has a twist to this method where they sell the page, however that's not what I want to do.)
If they were to buy the website they would have to pay a lot for the custom branding of it, as well as pay a hosting fee any ways. This solution allows them to use an existing website that has the functionality they need. If you were to compare the cost of making one, and custom branding it, you would be looking at between 12-18 months of paying to use this one. You would then also need to add on costs to host it, and costs to update it. After all things considered, you are actually going to be spending about the same amount either way, the difference being that with this site, you pay monthly instead of making a huge payment up front.

Register your business asap. It cost me about $60 to register mine, and this lets you give an actual receipt to them so they can claim it under their tax returns.

only $60? I was preparing a check for like $300 for an LLC. What did you register it as? Btw Im a complete newbie when it comes to business, I am a college student, so I have limited real life experiences so please mind these dumb questions.

You don't need an LLC. I have mine as a sole proprietor. For me I just did a quick Google went to the government site and registered my business.
I am also a college student, I run my business full time in the summer and part time during the school year.
I don't do ORM anymore instead I just focus on custom web development now, and some smaller easier stuff to fill my spare time.
