Questions before join CJ

Hi, I want to join CJ and I have some questions:

Does CJ request tax forms from international affiliates?

Does CJ pays international affiliates via wire transfer or Western union ... (fast payment instead of checks)?

Any weekly, bi-weekly payment?

Is it hard to get accepted? phone call? long time? any conditions?

1. CJ wants you to fill the W-B8EN tax form for international affiliates, for what it is and what it's purposes google it... But they do not ask for your country tax form
2. Tough luck sddk, check only if you are an international affiliate...
3. NOPE, monthly payment only...
4. Xtremely easy to get accepted, IMHO Cj.com is the easiest to join

One problem though with CJ.com, they hate blank referrer... so you will have to be really creative to market their links...
