Hi everyone, I'm new here and I have some questions concerning YT
Want to start making money.

If I want to make a video in power-point and record it, but I'm using images that aren't creative common, will I get banned, because seriously, I saw some images being used all the time in videos and they are all over the web but they are not under creative common on google? I'll make a slide-show where I'll talk about something with the picture there.
Will that be bad?

Which is the best network to join? I live in a country where YT partnership is not allowed so which one do you recommend?
Fullscreen or Socialblade?

So, I will not get into trouble if I use images that aren't Creative Common? That is awesome.
So, no one uses social blade?

I am partner of Curse and Foreladigital, both of them are good, but Curse pays higher percentage. Each network has its pros and cons. You have to take into consideration their requirements (if you can fulfill them), what industry they represent, the community, the support, the payments etc etc.

But do not limit yourself to 2 networks, since there are so many. Main networks include:
machinima, forela, curse, socialblade, fullscreen, awesomeness, maker studios, zoomin TV, TGN...

Can I monetize a video like this on youtube.
Code:
watch?v=NlLqCgtyYXk

Yes, you can. You talk over it so only pictures that are copyrighted. However, they are used "for a purpose of a review", meaning it is fair use. You can easily monetize that video.

fullscreen is better since socialblade is subnetwork of rpm(you will barely get any money), tho fullscreen has 1-year lock-in and shitty cpm as well. I'd go with Curse personally.

I know about the reviews, but what if I want to make a list like:
9 Reasons you should do something etc.

What are the requirements for the RPM network. Can't find anything about it.
And would you recommend it because I might use just 1 YT channel to do all kinds of videos, from lists to game and movie reviews, maybe some tech stuff (10 gadgets you should buy in 2014), stuff I recorded on my phone and I uploaded it for no reason, just a cat video etc.

If you do it for money, then no. RPM takes 40%, gives you 60%. In my mind that is way too much... If you do gaming, I strongly recommend Curse.

So let me review:
I can use any image or clip I find on the internet, doesn't have to be Creative Commons, as long as it is used for educational purposes or "for a purpose of a review" and I talk over them.
Also, about the industry, I don't plan on making game commentary videos, I'll simply make videos about topics that I find interesting, from DIY's, an event I picked up with my camera to simple power point with my voice over it.
