Don't use the same url over again that cause spam
Try to use referring domain method to your main link
Use a new url on every comment

Don't use bit ly also. YT can follow 301 redirects and if the original site is banned 301 redirect doesn't work. Also, yt itself doesn't like bit ly in the first place (as much as I have heard). Use random TLD domain (the cheap ones).
