Questions about Youtube and PPD

Hey!
I'd like to try the Youtube + PPD method but i have a few questions before.

I read somewhere that there's a high risk to get our channel deleted when doing this.
Now, what happen when a youtube channel is deleted? Can i still make another one with the same google account?
Can they delete my google account for that reason?
Should i enable monetization? Is there a risk for my adsense account?

If you are thinking of doing BH niches PPD stuff, Forget these things adsense, youtube chanel, google account. Your YT account will get ban for sure and you will not able to create another one with same Google account.

Ok thanks. So, i will make a new account. It's the safest thing to do.
