what offers more ANONYMITY a VPN or a high anonymous Elite proxie also please tell me why one is safer then the other thanks p.s if you wanted to be anonymous what would use (Something that will leave no logs or foot prints at all i need it to be 100% safe ?) i know this is a noob question just really need it answerd thanks guys

Both provide anonymity but they have different features .. there are lots of articles about difference between VPN vs Proxy you can read them to know which one is better and safer then other... about for no logs or foot prints VPN is better then proxies you can read their differences at bestvpnservice.com site... If you go with VPN then I'd recommend VPNArea for high anonymity...

you can use a vps, and connect to your vps via tor, it's a good way if you dont trust VPN provider.

With VPN you can use almost any protocol (tcp, udp, ICMP, ... ) because it's on layer 2 ( read about the 7 layers )
While with socks proxy you can usually use just tcp.

LOL. How many times are people going to ask this question. I swear I see this thread, or some variation of it, like once a week. There's probably only a million answers on it, and I'm not even counting what you'd get from Google. Don't be afraid to use the Search feature, it doesn't bite, and it works amazingly well most times.
A decent open-vpn with servers outside your jurisdiction and good socks/proxies
