Hello!
- I am creating my first UX case study. My wireframes turned out to be slightly different than the actual UI design. Do you think I should still include them when designing my case study?
- What am I supposed to do after creating the usability report? I mean if this was a real project, should I just deliver the report or maybe I should change the design? I'm sorry I am new to UX and I am currently improving my knowledge.
- Let's say I get contacted by a client for a design project but they don't understand what is research or testing. What am I supposed to do? I mean should I ask them what deliverables they expect from me by the end of the project?
