Questions about using blogspot

I have a couple of questions for using blogspot as a backlink builder. If you put your links on a link "widget" does this count as a backlink on every post?

Also what is the easiest way to get a blogspot indexed?

I use blogspot as a backlink builder also.

500 post = 500 Backlinks from blogspot which is owned by google.

No Brainer.

I checked the source code and they don't use the "no follow" code in the link widget so you are good.
