For networks:
Taboola (How fast can I run a $10k-$50k campaign?)
Revcontent (Approved my card immediately. How long would it take to load $10k or $50k and get my campaigns up and running?)
MGID (How fast can I upload $10k-$50k and run campaigns?)
Content.ad (I can load up to $10,000. I haven't tried it yet though.)
Outbrain ($200/day cap, I requested an increase. Waiting to hear back.)

Outbrain and Taboola for spending bigger caps. If you want to really do this well why not go to the guys at nativeads.com and they can setup all of those networks for you? They have half of that list covered.
