Why? Is not recommended to put the 2 accounts of youtube on my main gmail account? Why hide ip?

One account will be the adsense channel, which is
your "holy" channel that will be kept safe at all costs

to drive extra traffic to your main adsense account

What is supposed to do with the second account, still don't get it.. I must upload different videos on every channel or same video in both?
