I plan on calling them and telling them that i got them at the top of google and asking them for money or i will take it down. How much money should i ask for? I was thinking $100 a month to keep it up. Should i email or call? How should i ask to get the money? Paypal? Any Answers or tips would be apperiated

Generally you should do it the other way around: comment what you are willing to do, and then try to do it for free until you get to the position. Then you can ask for the money you commented.

The price depends a lot in the competition. If it's an easy keyword you can charge low with PayPal without issues.

If it's easy for you, then it's fine. I find very hard to rank for certain keywords, so working without any guarantees, it's a new level of uncertainty. Most SEO professionals don't even rank without an upfront payment. But you are not only not asking for it, but not even asking for intentionality! Really risky but if it works for you, it's fine.
