I have few questions and i would like to get answers from some people who really knows about this stuff. As i have heard and noticed Google is really fighting against blackhat SEO.. So is it truly dead already?

My second question is.. Does anyone know a good trusted website, where to buy quality targeted united states traffic, where you could get leads when promoting CPA offers?
