I haven't played in re-marketing yet.
When I check out certain affiliate offers. They sync and re-market to me across everything even on different computers?
Is this what they call my fingerprint?

How do I track somebody that visits my page like they track me?
I can on another device at another location and the Ads will be in an E-Mail I use once a week. Also will go across all social platforms except tumbler

Cookies, your IP, and your previous browsing history, and behavior.
There are different trackers and audience builder available.

Yeah that's how remarketing works, it's linked with all the major ads platform (google, facebook etc...)so even on other device they still know it's you
