There are no new sites. I changed the title and meta description of my site. But before it was indexed, the rankings changed.

There may be google updates and also your competitors may be done SEO on their site. so you have to do your SEO on-site regularly. so no worries about dropping. you can check your competitor whether they build any links or done any SEO activity.
