Questions about proxies

I have scrapebox, and for me to scrape public proxies it takes forever. By the time im done scraping for them, and try to test them they've already been banned. I was wondering if 30 semi-dedi proxies would be fine for light work. I'm a noob when it comes to scrapebox so like I said it will be light lol. please any insight would be very appreciated.
