Questions about OF agencies

I know how to easily get new girls into onlyfans and manage & promote their accounts.

Before I start in this business I have some questions for those who are already working in this niche.

1. First of all, I would manage a large amount of girls (most of them new to the platform and 0 profits the firsts days or months). So I would like to ask for a monthly fee for those who are New in onlyfans, let them pay all the hours I will promoting their profile (after they start earning a minimum amount, i will remove their subscription and just take a fee). They could send the money mothly directly to my bank account, but i would prefer to subscribe them with stripe or PayPal to make sure they will be paying.

The problem: Will stripe or PayPal accept the payments? From my previous experience, they dont monetize adult content. (I could hide this payments are for promoting onlyfans accounts sending them a stripe link via email or chat.. but could this end on a Ban in the future?)

2. One thing I don't want to happen is getting a big boom with very nice earnings profile leaving the company. So my idea is to create and manage completely all the OF profiles, without letting them in. Is this possible? Will OF detect my multiaccounts and Ban them? Will OF allow me to withdraw the earnings from the different profiles to the same bank account?

3. I would also like to know how are your contracts for your models, could you send any example to my PM?

Also, if you are in this niche, I would like to hear some advices!!

1. that's two opposite things you are saying? they make no money and pay you? if they make no money most are probably broke so it would be hard to charge for that, plus if you don't know them personally you need to build trust so you need to show results/cash as its what talks

2. You can use paxum or other tools like that that they alow

Don't ask for an upfront payment. You will lose many leads and models who could have made you big profit that way, so just agree on a split of profits instead. Most models will not be down to pay upfront either.
Sure, you will have to invest time and maybe money into their profiles at the start but it will be worth it that way because this business is about longetivity.

You are correct that you should always have full control over the OF and bank receiving funds.
You can have them make a Wise account.

You need a high risk merch account, for that you can apply for paymentcloudor any other high risk merchant accounts.
you can still make it using stripe or paypal but you need to be smarter and creative
