I have a website and I was informed yesterday that I shouldn't be having the same keyword repeated several times throughout one page.

My problem is this..

I have about 20 posts now and I'm wondering how I should go about putting them throughout my website. I currently use Wordpress. I have a category section, but when someone clicks that category, it brings them to almost all of the posts for the category on the same page. That doesn't seem right. Isn't that stuffing right there? What do I do?

You should keep your keyword density quite low, but more importantly I would suggest that you no-index your category folder and tags

If no-index is checked in the SEO options on Wordpress, does that mean it doesn't affect my homepage? What about all of the pages? On every page the categories pop up. What about when someone clicks on a specific category, and it shows them 5 different full posts on the same page?

As stated above, de-index the categories and tags = problem solved.

your keyword ration should be between 2.5% and 5% I have found to work good.

Do a search for PHPBUILT's Idiot-Proof Guide to Authority Site Building

Make sure each article you post is around 2% for keyword density so you are not penalized for over optimizing your website.
