Questions about my competitor's site.

After seeing the anchor text created by my competitor's website, I had a question. All of his blog posts are 21.02.15, and when you check moz, many anchor texts are checked with different only the number at the end of the url. How can this be done? Will this affect his rank advancement?

for the URL, only the homepage & posts links will be count most likely for google
