Questions about movie streaming websites

Hello, i wanna make a movie/anime website and wanted some questions answered from other people on the field.

• What are the consequences for copyrighted material? Close my website or will i be sued and end up owning load of money?
• Where is a good place to upload videos that won't stop working suddenly?
• Should i create a website with wordpress? Does a theme for such a website exist? Any advice hosting services?
• Lastly any good threads on this? Was Looking around but didn't find what i was looking for.

I know i'm technically asking about everything, i want to be sure before i start making any moves.

1) you need offshore hosting
2) if you will get big traffic you should use VPS (from russian , amsterdam...)
3) you can choose wordpress theme like : dooplay , grifus , zogadmov, wpmovies , diddli....
4) an good video host is openload , because he have remote upload so you can upload video with 1 click

What is big traffic considered? And can i pay a shared server and then if the need arises change to VPS? (e.x. start with siteground and if i see traffic gets higher than what shared hosting can handle, and i've made some cash to be able to pay for VPS go with Media Temple or smth)

• Also any ideas on money making? Only ads come in mind for such a website

1. Dont use siteground you need a offshore hosting because normal hosting company will kick you out after one DMCA.
2. You can use sites like adfly to make users go thru ad before the video. like rulu.co do it. Also you can have some kind of one time payment membership for user to remove ads.
3. Use WordPress with some streaming service theme. I recommend Dooplay or Grifus
4. For video hosting you can use openload.co or streamango.com. Also you can use GoogIe Drive but you will have to use proxy script with that in order to hide the original link so GoogIe will not be able to take down the file. But that is something more complicated.
