Questions about making HQ WEB 2.0s and on-page SEO

Hey. I hope that you guys can help me out here. My questions are:

1. What do I need to make really HQ web 2.0 for my money site?
I just write a new article about my niche and then re-write it a few times (usually around 2-5 new sentences for each sentence) and then I use Chimp Rewriter to find good synonyms but I choose those carefully so I get high uniquness rate (I aim for at least 70% and that is human readable) and that's it. I just spin those, get 10-20 articles and I start creating blogs and start pasting my links. How do I make my web 2.0 backlink HQ? I add a few related images on some of the blogs and sometimes a related video or two. Should I add more than one article, more images, a few links to a relevant authority site or what?

2. Does images on my money site effect my keyword density since they have keyword in the name and keyword in the alt tag?
I'm really wondering does that effect the keyword density? Also, one more question. Is it true that if my on-page SEO is good, I should see that article ranking for my targeted keyword within 2 days? I read here in the last few days that if the article is well optimized I should start seeing some SERPS and if I don't, I should go back and try to optimize it properly. I doubt that this is true but, you never know.

No one can answer these two simple questions?

Dont worry too much about keyword densities of your web2.0s, create as many of them as possible and take good care of them so that they stick and are not deleted by mods. Treat them like your secondary money sites, add related images, videos etc to show the mods that you are not automating things.

I add 500-1000 words of readable unique text, add a few related images, add my link and presto! There isn't a lot more to it than that. Spend the extra time on tier 1 links to make sure they won't get penalized.

Honestly. If you want high quality Web 2.0's there a
guide on here, very in-depth. Basically long lasting 2.0's are considered mini-money sites.

Make sure you also link out to some authority sites in your niche.

Really? Does it matter for SEO or is that just for the article to seem more "informative"?

Its a good way to diversify the link juice.. It increases the legitimacy of your Web 2.0 property..

Not only that, but googl has recently implied that linking out to crappy sites will hurt the site that is linking out too.

About a year ago, I told everyone here that SEO is bcomming about who your site assocites with, both incoming and outgoing links.

Linking out to an authiority site associates you with that site, today this is very good.

As someone mentioned above, don't worry too much about keyword density.
it sounds like you are doing pretty much everything right, just try to update them with more than 1 article on each account so they don't look like "one-shot" spammy web 2.0's.

Also try to link out to some related authority sites/pages
