Questions about making a new ebay account

my ebay account was just banned without any reason
and now i need a new one
but i can't use name
so please someone can tell me how make a seller account using fake infos?
sorry for this stupid question and for my english
but i'm new in this world and i want to make a new account in the best way possible

Getting a new acct on eGAY is easy, just change your primary email address and ip address to open a new account with new details, the problem comes with paygal and getting to the funds once you start selling your items!! For this you possibly need new bank accounts, ip addresses, mobile, landlines etc.

i must verificate it with a credit card

Hi, I already created a new Paypal and ebay account with other IP, other bank account, other name other adress, other mail address, a new phone number, and new windows user (so no problems with cookies or such) but with ebay.de they request you to give them your address (I mean where you life, not your mail adress) and will send out a letter with an activation key, so you acutally have to life in the place you told them to receive this letter and activate the ebayaccount, that is my problem.

By the way, I thought maybe it would be possible to change your address a litte, so the post will think it's just a missing letter or such and you will get the letter anyways like turn "blablubstreet" into "blablubbstreet" or blablubstreet a" but ebay won't detect you automatically

The address trick works.
I have done it before, but that was more than a year back.

I heard they started catching it in US. They can detect it. but rest of the world, i think you can still do it.
