Questions about Landing page (Why is it needed)

I just started on CPA. Have a new questions to ask the pros

I skimmed through the forums and found the reasons why it needs landing page

Reasons
- Better conversions
- Safe from adwords

Questions
- Is it necessary to have a landing page to be safe from adwords? Can we just buy a domain and redirect the domain to our affiliate link? Will adwords allow that?

Generally you can't promote CPA offers on Adwords even if you do have a landing page. They just don't like CPA offers or affiliates in general - they really want you to be promoting your own product.

The only simple way to advertise a CPA offer is to put up a good page / site of content that gets a good quality score and then piggyback ads for a CPA offer on there somewhere, but even this is fraught with problems if you hit a reviewer who doesn't like deceptive offers. Your other option is to cloak your landing page (show reviewers a clean info page and redirect real users to your affiliate link) but that requires technical expertise and no one is going to tell you how to do it.

1) if == real user -> redirect to affiliate link
2) if == reviewers -> redirect to informative site

But the question is how do you define reviewers? what are them, and how do they differ from normal real users?

It could be done maybe by redirecting certain referred visitors. Direct visitors stay on the page. redirect visitors that come to that page by selected keywords.

So you could redirect visitors for "loans", buy let "car loans" go to the info page.

I have a site in search engines. I redirect all traffic apart from spiders. I keep the spiders on my site, then send all search visitors to clickbank affiliate product.
