I am planning to start growing an account in Girls Fitness niche to use it for shootouts when the account becomes bigger and i have some questions.

1) What do you guys think about the niche, is it good or do you guys recommend better niches ?

2) I have a very old no active account with around 4K, should use that old account, since it has many followers and it will be better to use it to start or start a totally new one ?

3) Do you guys recommend Any good follow/unfollow automatic growth bots ?

1. Girls + fitness is always a good niche

2. You should probably use the old account and try to revive it. That is what I would do

3. As much as I am not saying you shouldn't use bots , increasing and improving your accounts engagement will bring followers that would stick and grow your account organically

Thanks you for your comment :) Also have some other questions.

1) Posting girls pics and tagging them is not something i can get banned for?
2) Which will be better: Type of pics of beautiful girls in workouts outfits kind of post or hot fitness babes with big booties kind of posts?
3) Is the male-to-female ration important? since as you know girls tend to not follow back so i avoid to follow them in first place ...

About 1), yes you can get banned. My friend got banned.

But its not always happening

1. Unlikely but with Instagram , the rules keep changing and you never know for sure
2. I will advice using the first option more, could mix a bit of the second option
3. I think if you give an audience content they appreciate it doesn't matter if they are male or female , if they check out your page and like what they see, they will follow back

I didn't use follow/unfollow for 2 years ... How much are the limits without triggering Instagram nowadays? Is it no more than 1000 following/day like the last 2 years

Also, i am still looking for good bots to follow/unfollow, i will take care of content but need something to take care of the pain of following and unfollowing ...

Can you recommend some trustworthy bots please? ( I am thinking of Jarvee )

Jarvee is a trustworthy bot for sure and some people are still using it combined with high quality proxies and sensible settings successfully. It's a lot harder these days though with much tighter restrictions - unfortunately following 1000/day is just not an option.

A lot of people are starting to switch over to running their accounts manually in light of the increased anti-bot aggressiveness by Instagram - if you're running just one account could this be an option?

The answer to this is depends on who you want to target with your account. If you want to sell shoutouts to brands selling to girls ideally your followers will actually be girls (who will likely be more interested in content like workout outfits / motivation etc than the big booties ;))

1. There's not such a thing as a bad niche. It comes down to whether you have the skills to monetize it.
2. Try posting on there for a week and see whether the engagement is at a respectable rate.
3. There're no good F/U bots anymore.

I gotta say, girls and fitness you're always gonna find a ton of followers.
The bots I've used for follow/unfollow were great years ago, but I haven't used a decent one lately - so no love there sorry

It is a good niche indeed but I would avoid bots these days with IG unless it is a custom one.
